Magna Dea performs the engineering and direction of the execution of the procedure of the quality control of the intake steam of the turbine groups of 17 MWe, to eliminate the remains of slags and elements that can cause costly damage to blades. During the blowing process the pipe is subjected to contractions and dilations following a procedure that provides sufficient dynamic vapor pressure in the system that cleaning is carried out quickly and properly.

In the steam blowing method of the boilers, these are the ones that provide the steam at the appropriate pressure and temperature to perform the work. Stress engineering is carried out in pipes, design of supports and hangers, dimensioning of quick-opening slaughter valves, flanges, tempering and silencers.
